There’s a growing number of people looking to get some worthwhile publicity and attention to their blog. You should be able to promote blogs of all types with this list. Also, most of these are free and “simply” require a time commitment. To be fair, true blog promotion is a time consuming task left to people who are really serious about getting the job done.
