The people who claimed to be professional SEOs but then went on to say that they didn’t “do web design” must be a part of a team. It can be understood from this point of view.
But of course the best is SEO web designer, since it reduces personnels that are needed in the project and miscommunication in the process.

SEO and programmer, is a different type of kind and we have to admit that!!, can you imagine if all SEO know about Html and css or maybe they know about the programmer stuff, !!! everything its gonna mess up,
and its like water and oil if they can united and make the combination it will make a great effect lol:-)a Big Fire

I don’t know, maybe a better seo designer would be a person who has a programming background, rather than graphic design. Optimizing a site often requires some code modifications, difficult for a non-programmer.
